A new cafe that I want to introduce to you is suitable for anyone who likes to drink coffee, or are starting to learn about coffee. Try stopping by the specialty coffee shop and roastery in a raw atmosphere. Including the friendliness of the baristas and their expertise. That's a red diamond cafe.

As for the coffee at this shop, they focus on Specialty Coffee that selects beans from all over the world. The coffee beans are rotated every day. Including specialty coffee beans that are available only a few cups per day.

The shop owner and coffee trainer is certified by the Specialty Coffee Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE). The owner wants this cafe to be a space for sharing experiences in all aspects of coffee. There are 3 floors in the cafe, with the first floor being a place to hang out and talk. The second floor will provide increased brightness and natural light reaches. And the third floor is a Coffee Lab for coffee course students.

Coming to the first menu that I would like to recommend, Ethiopia Lomi Tasha Iced Coffee uses seeds from Ethiopia that give off the scent of citrus fruits, berries, and flowers.

And if you want to experience the best quality coffee in the shop, we recommend Panama Geisha Esmeralda No.1 from Panama that has a touch of cherry flavor, aroma of flowers and sweet spices Including flavors of caramel, bergamot and earl gray tea.

This cafe is another place I've been to and would recommend it to coffee lovers to experience. However, even those who aren't coffee lovers can come in and try it without any pressure, and will also receive expert advice on how to drink coffee.
